Practice Owner, Supervisor, licensed therapist

In addition to being a licensed therapist and board certified art therapist, I am an artist and my preferred medium is painting. I enjoy working with other creative people as well as healers and therapists.

I believe that every person has the innate ability to heal and grow when given the right tools and support. By combining the creative process with psychological insight, I strive to create a space where clients can explore their inner worlds, express themselves authentically, and uncover new paths to well-being.

I’m committed to fostering a supportive container where clients feel safe to explore the depths of their emotions and experiences. Whether through art therapy, psychedelic integration, or other therapeutic modalities, my goal is to help each person unlock their potential and move toward a more fulfilled, empowered life.

I am passionate about the intersection of creativity and healing, and I’m dedicated to making therapeutic practices accessible and meaningful for those seeking change. Through collaboration, empathy, and a deep respect for each individual’s journey, I aim to facilitate profound transformation and lasting growth.

They/Them and She/Her

Licensed therapist

I’m a practicing therapist in the state of Oregon. Outside of these roles, I’m a mixed media and immersive artist. I have been a mindfulness practitioner for the last nine years. I’m a lifelong learner. I’m usually reading three books at once and will tell you about them each with the same level of excitement. Since relocating to the Pacific Northwest, I have fallen in love with wildcrafting and foraging.

I have experience as an individual therapist, a mindfulness group facilitator, an art therapy group facilitator, a psychedelic peer support specialist, a public speaker, an author, and a researcher.  These roles synthesize together to inform how I approach the therapeutic relationship.

I have worked in a diverse array of clinical and creative environments, including a children’s hospital, an addiction recovery center, a low income clinical mental health agency, private research studies, and an immersive art collective.

My clients can tend to be people who are highly sensitive or have been described as previously “too much” (fact: you are not too much).

My clients of all genders feel empowered to explore relationships and the impact that one’s family of origin holds on one’s relationship with self and others.

I want to support people in gaining self-intimacy and self-acceptance.

I want to work with people who are open to gaining new tools in their tool belt to make it through this wild journey of life.

I’m especially passionate about working with folks in the LGBTQIA+ community or those involved in sex work.
